Do I qualify for Promise?
∙ Must be a first-time college student & CA resident ∙ High School graduate or equivalent ∙ Full-time enrollment of 12+ units each semester (15 units recommended to complete 2 year completion). ∙ Complete FAFSA or CA Dream Act packet (application & next steps).
∙ Students must maintain 2.0 GPA or higher and complete at least 67% of the units attempted. ∙ Students should meet with a FC counselor before registration and again during the first year to complete a comprehensive Student Education Plan. ∙ Enroll in Math and English courses during the first year as designated by their Student Education Plan.
