HOW DOES IT WORK?

Set up account with Fleet Card company During configuration, establish the field to be used as link to Geotab such as Vehicle ID, Driver ID or VIN depending on your hardware capability Authorization for transaction files will be requested Data starts to flow daily to our servers and is processed against Geotab data Access to mapping, reporting and data is available directly in Geotab with a customized add-in

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

• Make sure you have a supported fuel card
• Identify if you have vehicle or driver fuel cards
• We will help determine the best link from your card system to Geotab
• Note this could require some entry in your card system if the card

system does not have enough data entered in for your driver or vehicle.

• Sign our authorization form for each provider to give access to

transaction files

• Allow up to 7 days for data to start flowing
• Enjoy the reporting and we are happy to take feature requests
• Enjoy a free 30 day trial to review our software
• Must sign-up between Oct 22 and Nov 30, 2015
• After the trial, let us know if you want to cancel
• Excludes one-time WEXLink charge of $100 if using WEX
