We are a family-run business. We work hard to do what is best for our guests and team. We can’t wait to welcome you back as soon as we are allowed to safely reopen our resorts.

Our entire team will be required to complete wellness and safety training. Training will include OSHA and CDC
- requirements. Temperature checks will
be required for any associate coming
- n property. Any associates with a
temperature higher than 100.4 will not be permitted on property.

Physical Distancing
We are communicating with visual and text messaging to remind guests to maintain a proper physical distance staying 6-feet from anyone not in your group. In addition, staggered guest service desks will be used and we kindly ask only one family member checks in at the front desk.

Communication
Our sanitizing and wellness guidelines will be communicated and visible to our guests and associates. Guests may view our sanitation practices through our in-room TV sanitation station and online.
SLIDE 5 Waterpark Safety
Chairs and loungers will be sanitized at the end of every day with hospital-grade disinfectant. Some of the chairs and loungers will be removed to aid in physical
- distancing. All chemicals and safety protocols used in
the Waterpark meet and exceed industry standards.

Food and Beverage Safety
Restaurant occupancy will be dictated by local governance. All condiments and menus will be single use whenever possible. High touch areas such as pens, check presenters, order stations, chairs, highchairs, and handrails will be frequently sanitized with the use of hospital grade disinfectant.

Continental buffets and coffee breaks will focus on house-packaged, single use or refillable options. We are reconfiguring meeting room layouts to accommodate physical distancing best practices. Hybrid meeting offerings are available as well.
