Eligible Providers

As of July 1, 2019 a client can now seek family planning services through any Apple Health provider.

Increased ease of enrollment as of July 1, 2019

Family Planning Only – Pregnancy Related

Clients who received Apple Health pregnancy medical coverage are automatically enrolled when pregnancy medical coverage ends at 60 days post partum.

Family Planning Only

Clients are now able to apply in person, by mail, phone, fax, or email.

Benefits offered to Family Planning Only clients

• Comprehensive family planning preventative visit
• Counseling, education, initiation, and management of contraceptive

methods

• Cervical cancer screening
• STD and STI testing and treatment
• Prescription and non prescription contraceptives
• Sterilization procedures

Who: All individuals at or below 260% FPL who are Washington residents

Regardless of legal status
