tickets placed in respective item ticket container.

„ New concept: Raffle baskets at the Holiday Concert

„ Silent auction to be run as a RAFFLE. Tickets sold (e.g. 1 for $5, 5 for $20, 10 for

$30)

„ Catalogue baskets well before. „ Promote and sell raffle tickets in ADVANCE of the the concerts. Sell at

rehearsals and on the night of Higley.

„ Names and Phone numbers would need to be logged to keep track

(electronically). Such as Google sheets. **carefully guarded information. Consider making PCC sponsored/donated baskets for the Sunday concert.

„ The key to this will be counting the number of tickets in each ticket container

at the end of sales. This is where the we have the “sold value” of the basket (70% to chorister family and 30% to PCC).
