WHY FUNDRAISE FOR PCC? • Remember: PCC is a non-profit organization • Tuition covers only 48% of the cost to educate your chorister • The remaining 52% of tuition & other cost is paid for by Phoenix Children’s Chorus fundraising, grants & scholarships. • Choir Assistance Programs (CAPS) help you raise funds that can offset the cost of your tuition & make contributions to the PCC general fund • This helps you reduce your tuition cost, raise funds toward tour for your chorister & helps support the organization • We help you to help yourself . . . And the PCC organization!

Gold Letter & “Donate Now” • “Donate Now” button on the website. • Direct family and friends to the phoenixchildrenschorus.org • They can donate and designate a chorister to benefit (80%) • “Gold Letters” requests for donation personalized by choristers and sent to family members & friends via regular mail. • Send out a heartfelt handwritten letter with a picture to relatives & friends expressing your choristers experience with PCC. • Include future goals and aspirations for fundraising. • Chorister benefits 80% from a donation
