The Home Open White Label version ofgers agents an

be fully customised and tailored to individual needs. Our white label apps range from $3,300+GST to well over $15,000+GST depending on the features chosen and the amount of customisation required.

Advertising

No advertising will be integrated into the iPhone or Android

  • applications. Minimal advertising space will be ofgered on

the website www.homeopen.com. Agents can pay for subtle animated listings, which show animated .gif style images to attract users attention to the listings. In addition, agents are able to pay for double size listings. Referral advertising will also be integrated which connects consumers to property settlement offjces and mortgage

  • brokers. Home Open will charge a connection fee for every

time a consumer is referred to a broker or settlement agent.

iBeacon Sales

iBeacons are being sold for $140+GST for a pack of 3 iBeacons and $40+GST per additional iBeacon.

Agent back-end portal subscription fees

Agents will have the option to pay $10 per iBeacon per month to use Home Open’s back-end analytics program that relays valuable data back to the agents. Some of the data includes a sign-in list, consumer frequency, as well as anonymous consumer property price gauging (consumer is asked to rate property 1-5 stars and enter price they think property is worth).
