I've attended a lot of these workshops, but I was not prepared for what I heard that evening. As a matter of fact, I'm still in awe that rve learned what seems like the best kept secret" about credit I feel like this is classified information someone left and I just so happened to stumble across it. I'm very thankful that you did not keep this to yourself. You started with a budget.....And I said "Ok, I know how to prepare a budget, get to the good part" But what you did afterwards was nothing I've ever seen. Analyzing the bills, and how much of what paid on a monthly basis that were actually being reported to credit bureaus, is pure genius. This allowed me to really hone focus on what bills are being reported on. The real kicker to istbase is how I can get EVERYTHING reported, from buying groceries to getting my nails done. When it came to the actual credit report and payments, I again, felt like I knew a lot I answered your questions with confidence, but after the 3rd or equestion, I was at disarray because everything rve learned about credit was wrong. I never knew there was a 25 % utilization rule; I never knew how many points a score could drop, simply by making a late payment or settling debt [Really that much?]. Most of all, I never ever know how dates play a major role in credit I always pay my bills on time, even early, but after you explained the correct way of making payments, my mouth dropped. All this time I've been doing it wrong. When you put it all together, it seems like people should know

  • this. It's quite simple, but who would have ever thought. Not I...1 got up this morning ready to take

the steps needed to get where I need to be. know you get this a lot, because I can see the passion you have to help people restore & increase 3edit and utilize what they have without getting deeper in debt.
