We exist since 1982
We are strong believers of « equal chances and same rights ».
Our missions :

1- Promote scientist fields studies and engineering studies towards young girls. We work closely with the Education Ministery. Our members and volunteers present their careers and scholarship and explain the daily work of engineers. 2- Promote the gender equality at work and into the board of directors 3- Contribute in networks and institutions in France and Europe
