  3. Workout Facilities

Before Your First Workout � Students must have the following completed : � ▪ “Fall Conditioning Contract Form” which was sent in the email to families last week. � � ▪ Medically cleared on Sportsnet. Any clearance questions should go to Mrs. Durham in the Health Office. � � ▪ I encourage all students to check their status on Sportsnet. Physicals have expired for many and information needs to be updated.

  5. Check - in Procedure � Students need to arrive 15 minutes prior to work out start time. � ▪ Please be on time so coaches can begin their workouts on time!!!! � � Students will be dropped off in the student parking lot, or park their own vehicle in the student parking lot. � � Students must wear a mask to the Check – in point. � � Students must honestly answer three COVID questions in the negative for admittance to the workout. � � Temperature checks will be given. � � Students that do not satisfy all the requirements will be instructed to leave, and may be directed to self quarantine for 14 days before returning.

  6. During Workout – on field protocols � Students will be placed in a “cohort” for four weeks (to limit exposure). � � Social distancing rules apply – six feet distance among students and coaches. � � Once the coach has begun the workout, students may remove their mask, if desired. � � Students should bring their own water bottle. No hydrations stations will be used and the outdoor water fountains have been shut off. � � � When workouts end, students are required to wear their mask and students will be escorted by their coach to the student parking lot for pick up.

  7. Recent Air Quality � At this time, the AQ is unhealthy. Workouts for Tuesday have been cancelled. � � On Tuesday, a decision will be made for Wednesday. � � � As a general rule, the AQI should be at 100 or lower for workouts to begin. � ▪ www.airnow.gov will be used as the authority for all AQI matters.
