Principal Challenges

  • Some ACTS courses are accepted as elective credit rather than direct equivalents (70~80%)
  • Actual implementation/compliance with statewide transfer agreements is not universal
  • Course by course agreements result in 2+2 transfer, hidden prerequisites, lengthening time to degree
