  9. Principal Challenges • Some ACTS courses are accepted as elective credit rather than direct equivalents (70~80%) • Actual implementation/compliance with statewide transfer agreements is not universal • Course by course agreements result in 2+2 transfer, hidden prerequisites, lengthening time to degree • Few incentives (and actual disincentives) for students to complete associate degrees prior to transfer Average Bachelor's Completed Hours Transfer From: Transfer ASUM NWAC UACCR To: ANC ASUB H ASUMS ASUN BRTC CCCUA CotO EACC NAC NPC C OZC PCCUA SACC SAUT SEAC UACCB UACCH UACCM M UAPTC ASUJ 142.11 139.39 146.55 138.72 135.71 145.64 146.04 147.50 144.25 152.73 157.33 157.00 155.40 ATU 125.75 144.25 127.00 132.50 164.00 201.00 139.87 135.50 133.67 128.00 144.00 140.00 149.36 166.00 125.75 HSU 139.00 137.00 144.58 135.85 127.40 142.00 137.33 SAUM 151.88 173.00 158.00 147.50 154.43 131.00 158.07 148.00 140.25 179.00 UAF 130.00 137.00 138.00 138.00 137.00 139.60 140.01 152.00 123.67 126.00 124.00 135.00 136.17 134.00 UAFS 145.00 185.00 145.00 132.83 126.00 138.67 UALR 137.84 137.00 186.00 142.80 138.00 134.00 138.94 134.80 159.00 135.00 121.00 148.64 144.00 126.50 126.71 128.33 140.77 UAM 138.44 129.50 UAMS 103.83 124.00 120.00 123.50 125.00 120.00 80.67 80.75 62.00 84.59 UAPB 142.00 142.00 146.85 139.00 130.00 UCA 152.00 150.49 187.00 133.00 141.00 165.00 163.00 169.00 135.75 132.50 144.00 165.00 129.00 135.00 159.29 147.83 147.17 NOTE: Data includes students who completed an AA degree in AY2013 who completed a Bachelor's degree by AY2017
