As a teacher;

• In 1946, he started to find opportunities to

make a standard and most efficient keyboard (typewriter layout) in Turkey.

• In 1948, he started to organise

Turkish Typewriting Championships all around the country.

• 1946 – 1955, he invented new and more

efficient methods to Turkish stenography by adopting from French and English systems.

• In 1954, he founded ‘Typewriting and Secretary Courses’ to

establish completely office training with typewriting, stenography, secretary and accounting.

• In 1955, he invented a new keyboard layout as the most efficient

for Turkish language by approval of Ministry of Education, after 10-year scientific research and tests.

• It was also registered as the ‘Standard Turkish Layout’ by Turkish

Standardization Institute

• In 1957, as first time he attended to the Intersteno Congress in

Milano and to the typewriting competitions with his students.

• In 1965, his student (Ece Özbayrak)

became the World Champion (Record) in typewriting first time ever.

• Regarding to this great success, he

registered the name of his course center as ‘Şampiyon Typewriting and Secretary Courses’ (Champion)

F Keyboard, was invented based on phonetic features

• f Turkish language (order of 1 vowel – 1

consonant) and by the principle of ‘most frequented letters placed on much used fingers’.
