Select Valve

• A list of valves that meet the

entered parameters will appear in the Valve screen

• Highlight the valve you would like

to select

• To add only the valve to the

schedule select “Add Valve” or:

• Select compatible actuator from list of

actuators

Select Actuator

• A list of actuators that are

compatible with the selected valve will appear in the Actuator screen

• Highlight the actuator you would

like to select

• To add only the actuator to the

schedule select “Add Actuator”

• Enter tagging and “Add Assembly”

Enter Tag Information

• Double click tag information to

edit

• Enter tag information as you

would like it to be printed

• Can be added only to assemblies

Update Schedule

• Valves and Actuators can be

added to the schedule by selecting:

• “Add Assembly” – valve and actuator
• “Add Valve”- valve only
• “Add Actuator” – actuator and required

linkage

• Select the check box to the left of

any line on the schedule to:

• Duplicate a line to the next line
• Edit and replace the line with a

different product

• Delete the line

Save, Export, Email ,Open

• Save Project
• Saves project in its current format to

be opened later for editing

• Default save location is on the c-drive,

but can map to a folder or desktop

• Export Schedule
• Exports schedule as .csv file for use

with Excel

• Email Project
• Generate an email to send project or

schedule files to colleagues

• Open Project
• Open a previously saved project file, or

a received project file

Update Pricing

• Upon opening a new project file,

Fast Track will check schedule pricing to see if it matches current year pricing

• The pricing can be updated, if

desired, by clicking on the “Update Price” button

• Previous pricing can be reviewed

and will remain in the schedule until an update occurs.

Retrofit Linkages

• Retrofit linkage products can

be selected based on competitor valves

• Sorting parameters includes

Manufacturer and valve Size

• Compatible Honeywell

actuators and close-off value will be shown when linkage is selected

• Linkage (and bonnet adapter

if required) and actuator can be added to schedule
