ESPN: The University consists of eight, two-hour modules designed to inform ESPN employees about ESPN’s business and operations. The modules were developed in response to employees’ desire to know more about what other departments do. The modules include content about the department’s role at ESPN and how they contribute to the company’s

  • success. With senior leaders serving as ‘faculty’, each module includes a team exercise which

requires participants to practically apply what they learned from the presentation, which in turn provides faculty with potential new business ideas and insights .
