Eligible Initiatives & Retrofits

Municipally-owned recreation facilities can receive funding for: ü Scoping audits and engineering studies ü Interior and exterior lighting ü Building automation systems and controls ü Building envelope upgrades and HVAC systems ü Pumps, motors, and variable frequency drives ü Combined heat and power systems ü And others on a case-by-case basis

Projects with less than a 1-year simple payback prior to rebates are ineligible
