  4. About Fresno EOC Founded in 1965, Fresno EOC has spent over five decades investing in people. As an entrepreneurial agency, with over 35 programs, we bridge the gap to self-sufficiency by providing opportunities and resources, as we initiate and partner in shared community efforts to improve the quality of life.

About Energy Services For over 30 years Fresno EOC Energy Services Program has provided housing improvements that increase a home’s energy efficiency through various state, federal, and private funding opportunities. Our program works to help our community become energy efficient by educating and providing quality weatherization services and solar, one home at a time.

Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program • Communities Served and Annual Funding • Provides financial assistance to help offset a clients utility bill • Energy Crisis Intervention – Assist with 24-48 hour utility shutoff notice • Energy Budget Education • Basic Energy Efficiency best practices

Weatherization Services • Annual Program Funding Scope of Services • – Installation of energy efficiency & Safety measures • Attic Insulation Door Weather-stripping • • Window repair and replacement • New appliances – Refrigerators, Heating and cooling systems, water heaters • Energy Efficient Lighting – LED bulbs and fixtures Duct Sealing • • Caulking • Low Flow Showerhead High Efficiency Toilets • • Ceiling Fans • Smoke and CO Alarms Minor Home Repairs • • Emergency Heating and Cooling Services – Provide repair or replacement of HVAC systems or water heaters

Transform Fresno Project • Project Type: Low-Income Weatherization Program / Economic Development • Project Location: Southwest Fresno Specific Plan Area • Size/Quantity: 200 homes weatherized and 135 homes solarized ; 50 electric vehicles • TCC Funding: $3,273,855 • Matching Funding: $530,000 (Air Board / Valley CAN) • Total Budget: $3,803,855
