To sum’up…

à Flight Safety and efficiency depend on high quality pilot-controller cooperation and mutual understanding à To be effective, combined PLT-ATC training initiatives need to be initiated during the Initial Training phase à The basics of various theoretical subjects delivered simultaneously to both populations show significant interest on both sides à Cross-culture training as part of the NGAP challenges
