SLIDE 5 Roommate Selection
- All students are placed in rooms of four
by team.
- Students will receive a selection sheet
in April to select roommate preference.
SLIDE 6 Meals
- All meals, except lunches enroute, are
provided as part of the trip cost.
- Breakfast is served buffet style.
- Lunch at various government buildings or food
courts in Washington D.C. Students will be given a cash stipend to purchase food at the ballpark on Wednesday night.
- Dinner and DJ Dance at The Waterford at
Springfield, VA (6715 Commerce St.)

- Three nurses (parent volunteers) will
accompany us on the trip.
- *Nurse will administer all medications*
- All parents will be asked to provide a
medical history in early May.

Students must be passing all subjects as of May 3, 2019.
- Behavior - Demonstration of good
behavior throughout the school year. Suspensions may affect trip elbiliblity.
