FUNDRAISING VP Fundraising – Robin Rosenthal

  • Citrus Orders: Orders delayed due to miscommunication about
  • process. Vendor closed during the holidays.Orders went out on Friday for

delivery this week.

  • Wreath Orders: Original orders went out and were received on time. Second
  • rder (8 wreaths from Melissa McConnell and 1 wreath from Ryan Lynch never

got out on time and were refund. Profit $72 lost.

  • Snap! Raise: Information packets went home to Indoor Drumline and
  • Winterguard. Kickoff is Saturday January 12th at full day

Drum/Spin-a-thon. Some parents have requested making donations instead of participating in sending emails. Hopefully all will participate by sharing Facebook and Instagram post with link.

FUNDRAISING VP Fundraising – Robin Rosenthal

  • Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon – February 17th from 1:00 – 4:00 PM. As
  • f last Thursday, we have 32 guests (including staff – Ryan D and spouse,

Dylan, Megan, and Andy). Another announcement went out over the weekend.

  • Friends and Family Showcase – April 13th – other LCPS guards and

drumlines have been invited to participate. We will raise funds through concessions and ticket sales ($8 per student, kids free). Each student participant will receive bag with info from college summer drum/guard programs.

  • Auction – Gail has updated.

  • $16.00 per memory book – small donation comes back to BRHSBBA!
  • Samples of hardback and softcover with me.
  • I have list of memory books already purchased.
