Roommate Selection

  • All students are placed in rooms of four

by team.

  • Students will receive a selection sheet

in April to select roommate preference.

Meals

  • All meals, except lunches enroute, are

provided as part of the trip cost.

  • Breakfast is served buffet style.
  • Lunch at various government buildings or food

courts in Washington D.C. Students will be given a cash stipend to purchase food at the ballpark.

Springfield, VA (6715 Commerce St.)

Medical

  • Three nurses (parent volunteers) will

accompany us on the trip.

  • *Nurse will administer all medications*
  • All parents will be asked to provide a

medical history in early May.

Eligibility

  • Good Academic Standing -

Students must be passing all subjects as of May 8, 2020.

  • Behavior - Demonstration of good

behavior throughout the school year. Chronic discipline including issues resulting in suspension may affect trip eligibility.
