COST ESTIMATION HOTELS Hotels rates depend on the hotel level and dates. Hotel rates range from US$ 80 to US$ 130 (breakfast and taxes included). Double or triple occupancy costs just a little bit higher. We will have special rates for the meeting. Many options in Rio in a wide spectrum of price. MEALS Many options at and around the venues. A reasonable meal costs something between US$ 7 to US$ 10. REGISTRATION FEE Still to be defined. We expect a value around US$ 200 (it may be lower depending costs still to be defined (like venues, transportation, and support
