Create a BPMN model and click through to procedures and link KPIs, docs, applications and organizations 7. Create strategic model where you link goals / objectives to applications & projects 8. Add comments to diagrams 9. Translate a formal model to informal diagram with 1 mouse click 10. Export diagrams to .doc & .pdf 11. Compare as-is, plateau1, plateau n, and to-be architecture models 12. Create views per stakeholder of an architecture model 13. Show cockpits / dashboards for different stakeholders (different graphs and core figures) 14. Apply changes to a process and report it visually and textually 15. Show that changes can be made by one person and be approved or rejected/dismissed by another person 16. what if scenario: change a model in one layer and view impact of it in another layer.
