  16. How we started:  Considered work previously done by large university committee.  Researched other university and business policies.  Incorporated input from experienced DCM staff . wcet.wiche.edu

  17. Decisions we made:  General rather than specific.  Chose “Guidelines” for the title.  Intentional in tone.  Requested centralized access to accounts. wcet.wiche.edu
