Ownership
- Firm must be at least 51% owned

daily operations of firms;

- Must be an independent business

Economic Disadvantage
- Personal Net Worth (PNW) must be under $1.32
million
- PNW does not Include:
- Value of primary residence
- Business equity from applicant firm
- Spouse’s community property

Assets = Liability + Personal Net Worth
- Include everything – we will adjust
- Real estate and other assets must be
at current market value
- Indicate whether PNW statement is
for an individual or a married couple

those work areas you perform and have expertise
- Indicate those geographical areas
you prefer to work in – you must be ready, willing and able when solicited
