2011 is the Year of Radiotherapy
- 100 years since Marie Curie was given her second Nobel Peace Prize
- National group to raise public awareness of Radiotherapy as a
successful treatment modality. Myself and Jane Barrett (clinical
- ncologist) sit on this group
- Local activities planned. Day in the Life of a Therapy Radiographer,
more open evenings for patients, open days for general public
