The Lodge Care Team Concept

  • The health of a Lodge lies not at, or with the Province, but

the Lodge itself. The Lodge is the only place where change can effectively occur.

  • So, lodges need to develop and be focused on a pro-active

retention, recruitment, and growth mind set.

  • Set up a “Care Team” to anticipate problems and particularly

to identify and resolve difficulties where and however they surface prior to them escalating into resignations.

  • The Lodge Care Team Concept Sheet in the Information Pack
