Have you applied to get your psychological assessment approach approved? If you currently provide Agency staffing to a Children’s Residential Facility established by the Minister under Section 36 of the FACs Act 1972; and/or Residential care services in a licensed Children’s Residential Facility (CRF) You need to complete psychological assessments for your staff to comply with legislation

On a quarterly basis DCP to provide a report to enable exception based utilisation reporting will include placement data Residential Care & Family Based Care Service Providers, can verify and advise of discrepancies To be introduced as part of 2019/2020 Q1 quarterly reporting process DCP Contract Managers will provide directly to service providers Calculate adjusted family based payments (e.g. due to growth) Please refer to the Placement Utilisation Summary Report Information Guide for examples and explanations
