Overview Hello, This email is to provide the quarterly data quality metrics for immunizations that were submitted electronically to the MIIS by 14862. The MIIS updates immunization data sent electronically based on what is in the provider's state supplied inventory in order to improve the data quality in the MIIS. The table below is a summary of the updates made to the specified fields over the last quarter. Please take a moment to review the information and follow-up with your electronic medical record (EMR) vendor or IT department if the results are different than you would expect.
