SWASFT Response Times RAG Rated Against ORH Modelled Performance This is the performance deemed as ‘deliverable’ within existing

  • resources. This shows that the Trust is delivering against all with the

exception of the Cat 3 90th centile (circa 15 minutes outside target). Category 1 calls are the most life threatening calls with a national target

  • f 7 minutes which SWASFT is delivering consistently
