The development of a Quality Assurance scheme that is nationally recognised but locally managed Staff will be adequately trained and Staff will be adequately trained and equipped to fulfil this important role Cumbria will ‘Adopt and Adapt’ the Sheffield Model and put forward the Cumbria Kite Mark for accreditation under the Investors in Children standards during the next round of assessments which is January 2005
