Recap of 2018

Most frequent feedback

  • Managers/coaches report that the online registration process is nt user-friendly
  • UC working on a webinar to help
  • Coaches getting more used to the paperwork required
  • Remember that paperwork is required before Regionals
  • Also a requirement for teams attending Regionals only
  • Tier system and Seeding were on point
  • Seeding could take coaches feedback into account (NJD discretionary clause)
  • Opening Ceremonies & Showcase Game
  • Awesome to showcase a Women’s Game!
  • too long
  • Lack of food options
  • Tuesday Social (pizza) – format not really beneficial to teams
  • Coaches /Observers too involved in the game
  • Reminder to leave the game to the players
