Ring Avenue Reconstruction and Municipal Parking Lot

Public Infrastructure Projects

The reconstruction of Ring Avenue and the construction of a municipal parking lot began in late 2017 and was completed in winter 2018. The new parking lot adds 25 spaces for additional free municipal Downtown parking.

Historic District Signs

New Signage

New street signs are being installed at 35 intersections within the CRA and Historic District.

Wayfinding Signs

11 new Trailblazer signs will be installed this year throughout the City, including four in the CRA.

Villages of Tarpon

A project of the Tarpon Springs Housing Authority and Pinnacle Housing Group. $9 million reconstruction of four housing

  • complexes. Lemon Street and

Pine Trail Village are located within the CRA. The project began in 2017 and a ribbon cutting was held January 2018.

Ten condo units in two buildings on the Anclote River were constructed in 2017. This completes the 36-unit development of upscale housing along the Anclote River and Pinellas Trail.
