EBRPSS Administrators and Schools received the following poster and information via email which will be used to augment current preventative best practices on school campuses

Health Officials Guidance

• Stay home if you are ill or if you are

taking care of someone who is ill

• Continue in your routines but be

aware about preventative actions

Contingency Planning

• Cleaning Protocols – Daily Sanitizing Practices are in Place
• HCIS and Nurse Protocols Updated Regularly
• EBRPSS Policy
• Instructional Considerations - Edgenuity
• Travel - School and Department Travel Surveys

We will continue to follow federal, state, and local guidance and best practices as the situation develops

Communications Plan

• School Board Updates via email
• Regular communications with Principals and ED's via email and meetings
