Henry Klotz, Executive Chairman, 6 March 2018 The Group’s well-established strategy of long-term investment in commercial properties in the three main markets of Europe has been reflected once more in the excellent results for 2017 and the strong financial position of the Group at the year end. The year was both exceptional and transformational for CLS in many ways, with the disposal of our large development site in Vauxhall, substantial acquisitions in Germany, and the introduction of dividends as a means of distributing cash to shareholders.

At 31 December 2017 the company had shareholders’ funds of £1.033bn, and a property portfolio in London, France and Germany valued at £1.803bn.
CLS Holdings plc is a property investment company which has been listed on the London Stock Exchange since 1994. CLS specialises in owning and managing office buildings, with a range of lease lengths, in order to achieve stable cash flows. Its established local management operate from offices in London, Paris, Luxembourg and Hamburg, and their priority is to meet the requirements of tenants by providing high quality, cost- effective premises with efficient and proactive management services that incorporate the latest technical and IT facilities. CLS aims to hold, develop and refurbish its property investments to obtain long-term asset growth.
