CORO ¡INFORMAL ¡(Informal ¡Chorus) ¡ Sound ¡installation ¡by ¡Félix ¡Blume ¡and ¡Daniel ¡Godínez ¡Nivón ¡ ¡ ¡ ¡ Interactive ¡sound ¡installation ¡made ¡of ¡10 ¡wooden ¡boxes, ¡each ¡one ¡containing ¡the ¡cry ¡and ¡ the ¡drawing ¡of ¡a ¡street ¡seller. ¡The ¡visitors ¡are ¡invited ¡to ¡open ¡the ¡boxes ¡to ¡liberate ¡their ¡ sound ¡and ¡watch ¡the ¡illustration, ¡deciding ¡themselves ¡the ¡number ¡of ¡voices ¡that ¡will ¡ integrate ¡the ¡informal ¡chorus. ¡ ¡ The ¡recordings ¡have ¡been ¡done ¡in ¡collaboration ¡with ¡the ¡street ¡sellers ¡from ¡Moneda ¡ Street ¡in ¡Mexico ¡City ¡historical ¡center. ¡The ¡illustrations ¡are ¡presented ¡in ¡a ¡postcard ¡ format, ¡based ¡on ¡an ¡original ¡series ¡of ¡Parisian ¡postcards ¡from ¡1901. ¡The ¡lyrics ¡and ¡the ¡ music ¡score ¡of ¡the ¡street ¡seller ¡calling ¡accompany ¡each ¡drawing. ¡ ¡ ¡ This ¡piece ¡has ¡been ¡presented ¡for ¡the ¡first ¡time ¡at ¡“Fonoteca ¡Nacional” ¡in ¡Mexico ¡City ¡ (2016), ¡and ¡then ¡in ¡numerous ¡museums ¡as ¡Centro ¡Cultural ¡Tlatelolco ¡(Mexico ¡City, ¡2016-‑ 2017), ¡MASIN ¡(Sinaloa, ¡Mexico, ¡2017), ¡Faro ¡Aragón ¡(Mexico ¡City, ¡2017), ¡Ex ¡Teresa ¡(Mexico ¡ City, ¡2018-‑2019), ¡FKL ¡Symposium ¡(Italy, ¡2019) ¡and ¡Le ¡Mans ¡Sonore ¡(France, ¡2019). ¡A ¡few ¡
