  2. Outbound Journey • 2 Coaches leaving Witchford VC at approx. 8am Monday 13th August • 7-8 hour journey • Please feed young people before they leave and provide lunch for the journey – No fizzy drinks • Aim to arrive 4-5pm on Monday • On coach entertainment - DVD’s -Books -Electronic games

  3. Inbound Journey • Leaving site mid-morning on Thursday 23 rd August • 7-8 hour journey • Aiming to arrive back at Witchford VC at approx 8pm • Will update Facebook group with ETA

  4. Electricals • Electricals are allowed • Will need a European adapter • Little to no mobile phone signal on site • Request that parents don’t encourage calls home • Facebook group will be updated daily

  5. Accommodation 4 buildings Full kitchen Dining room seats over 100 All Scouts sleeping inside All Explorers will be camping Various size room options Chill zone/Craft area Medical room Kichenette

  6. Key information • Camp Leader – Caroline • Scout Team Leader – Conan • Explorer Team Leader – Bob • Most rooms have their own toilets/showers/baths, others share with another room • Large open site with a lake and loads of space for wide games

  21. Equipment • Equipment bring and buy sale • Mountain Warehouse event in summer term

  22. Clothing • Scarves - please wear but don’t ruin them • 1 T-shirt, 1 Polo, 1 Hoody • Scout Shirts not required on the trip for young people • Elaine will visit Scout groups to measure for clothing • Badges will be arriving soon
