South Carolina Graduation Requirements • 4 units of English • 4 units of Math • 3 units of Science • 3 units of Social Studies • 1 unit PE or ROTC • 1 unit Computer Science • 1 unit Foreign Language or CATE course • 7 electives ****24 total al credit its****
Promotion Requirements Students must earn a minimum of ts to go to 12 th grade 16 cre redits – Three credits in English sh – Three credits in Math – Two credits in Science – Two credits in Social Studies

Social Studies: 3 units including US History and Government/Economics Fine Arts: 1 unit Physical Education or JROTC: 1 unit Foreign Language: 2 units in the same Academic Elective: 2 units (Computer language Science, Fine Art, Foreign Language, etc.)
College Visits ● Seniors may have 2 days to visit college campus ● Must bring proof of visit to the Attendance Office ● Tell teachers of your plans and arrange to make up missed work
January Graduates • Must have necessary credits to graduate • Will NOT receive a final rank • Will receive diploma at June graduation • Must participate in graduation practice in order to participate in commencement • Will lose all privileges associated with being a student. • Not allowed on campus during the instructional day without an appointment • Not allowed to attend any function designed for active students (i.e. prom, awards ceremony, senior picnic)
Senior Year Timeline Oct ctober ober • Join remind ind account for “Class of 2019.” • Create your FSA ID at www.fafsa.ed.gov and complete FAFSA (financial aid application) • Begin working on college applications and looking online for scholarship information • Contact Mrs. Lyerly for Senior IGP Meeting • Order cap and gown/senior supplies from Jostens

Senior Trip Information ● March 27 th – 31 st ● Disney ● Cost is $800 Includes : bus ride to and from Disney, transportation within Disney, Disney Hotel Pop Century Resort, tickets to Disney World to all 4 parks (Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Epcot) and 2 water parks (Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon) and you can also go to Disney Springs.
