Geir is a keen electronics enthusiast, extremely interested in Hi- Fi and electronic ever since he was a little boy. Even before going to the university, he designed both amplifiers and
as a specialist in the field of analogue electronics. He works closely together with Terje Sandstrøm in the development of new designs, building on and refining the basic, successful principles used by Electrocompaniet in the past.
mentor and design controller Terje Sandstrøm is one of the main designers of the current Electrocompaniet range. He is involved with all new Electrocompaniet designs and upgrades. Terje was one of the key people in the development of the classic Electrocompaniet 25W amplifier and also the ampli-wire designs. He is our mentor, and all new designs have to be analysed and accepted by him before release.
