You can be as active or as inactive in that process as you desire, but ultimately you will have the community that you and your neighbors create. Voting Eligibility
- Each Unit is assigned one equal vote.
- If an Owner is a corporation, a partnership or
- ther
legal entity, it’s voting rights may be exercised by any officer, director, partner or trustee or by an individual the Owner designates.
- If a Unit has more than one Owner, all co-owners
- f the Unit shall share the one equal vote.
- No votes shall be exercised by Units owned by
the Founder.
- Unit Owner’s account shall not be delinquent by more
than 90 days. Quorum = 10% of Eligible Votes
