WHY IS MOUNTAIN VIEW SCHOOL DISTRICT PROPOSING A LEVY

 Last year’s supplemental levy was

for one year and has now expired.

 The Levy provides a portion of

local funding that bridges the gap between what the state pays and the actual cost of operating our

  • schools. The Levy makes up 25%
  • f the district’s total M&O General

Fund operating revenue.

 The levy is set for $3,090,048  Date for the levy vote is May 21,
