WHY IS MOUNTAIN VIEW SCHOOL DISTRICT PROPOSING A LEVY

The Levy provides a portion of
local funding that bridges the gap between what the state pays and the actual cost of operating our
- schools. The Levy makes up 25%

Fund operating revenue.
