Keeping our neighborhood beautiful!

Water Communication Retrofit

  • A Copper Labs Device will be installed in your home that allows the homeowner to see all utility

meter reads for water, gas, and electricity through your STEWARD app

  • While Playgrounds were closed an independent third party

playground inspector was hired to inspect the playgrounds at Pioneer Park and McCormick Park

  • The inspection found that repairs were needed and the

Engineered Wood Fiber (EWF) replaced

replaced and Inspection passed

  • A. No updates from last meeting. For those who don’t know where Providence Gulch is, it is a

designated regional park and will have recreational opportunities for Sterling Ranch residents. The trout pond and reservoir were not allowed due to the drainage requirements set forth by Douglas County. The county has required that area to solve regional drainage and as such the CAB is still working with Douglas County on those detention and drainage requirements. After finalization and approval by Douglas County for detention and drainage, park planning and improvements will follow.
