Choosing a Community School

What do we look for when choosing a school?

฀ Principal is a collaborative leader ฀ School is in a high-needs area ฀ Title I school ฀ Underperforming school ฀ Community members indicate a need in particular school ฀ School can become the “hub” of a community ฀ No easy access to needed resources ฀ Resources offered to students/community are not

coordinated
