Curriculum, assessment, course structure and instructional strategies are planned and implemented in courses  School Improvement Committee Structure Creating a clear vision which is data driven through the collaboration of all stakeholders  Team Meeting Commitment Student Advisory time in which a group of teachers work around a group of student

(Helping student take ownership of their learning)  Involvement with School / Community Helping students contribute to their class, school, and community. Emphasis on guiding students toward involvement in extra-curricular activities to promote success in school.  Social Empathy and Respect Focus on developing empathy and respect for their peers as well as their school and community.
