About us
With over 20 years experience in infrastructural projects and over 13 years in the production of high density polyethylene and polypropylene pipes for water, gas, sewage and irrigation networks, TehnoWorld dedicates its professionalism and know-how to business partners all around Europe. Our head office is in Loc. Baia, nr. 1616, DN 2E, km 2 (nearbu Falticeni area), Jud. Suceava.
SLIDE 3 Production capacity
The company premises cover 90.000 m2 with 2 production halls of 2000 m2 each:
- The first production hall is designed for PEHD pressure pipes for water, gas and sewage
- networks. Its production capacity is 70 tons/day with a range of diameters from Ø20
mm ÷ Ø1200 mm, the latter produced on a new high performance production line, enabling increased degree of automation.
- The second one is designed for corrugated pipes from PP and PEHD for sewage
networks, drainage, cable protection, telecommunication and accessories. The production capacity is 20 tons/day; A production unit for customized manholes and special elements from PEHD and PP is also present. We have an authorized 2nd grade laboratory, certified by the State Department for Construction. Warehouse stretching on an overall surface of 25.000 m2. Head office with modern equipment located on 600 m2.

We are continuously investing in our business! An unprecedented investment in Eastern Europe implemented in September 2015 and co-financed by the Operational Programme on Economic Competitiveness POS CCE- SMIS 38727: a new production line for PE80, PE100 and PE100RC double layer for the range of diameters from 500mm to 1200mm. It is designed for water, gas, sewage, network rehabilitation and hydro power plants.

HDPE pipes for pressure and non-pressure networks: potable water, natural gases and sewage. Compression, electrofusion, injected and segmented fittings. Butt-welding equipment, electrofusion equipment and accessories: pneumatic stoppers, spokeshaves, cutters, clamps, beveling devices. Advantages: excellent mechanical behavior, radiation stability, UV resistance, corrosion and abrasion resistance, higher resistance to low temperatures, high flexibility, automation, easy implementation, lower weight.
Pressure networks for water, gas and sewage

Horizontal drilling method – the horizontal drilling method requires minimal impact on infrastructure and has a low cost of rearrangement. “Pipe bursting” method – destruction of existing pipe and replacing it with a new HDPE pipe in the same network.
PE 100 RC pipes (crack resistant) ideal for alternative methods of laying
“Relining” method – it involves the installation of new pipes without trenches, PE 100 RC pipe is pulled through the old pipe section.

Customized segmented and injected fittings from corrugated pipes Advantages: hydraulic tightness, chemical resistance, corrosion and abrasion resistance, higher resistance to low temperatures, high flexibility, easy and simple to store, manipulate, and combine thanks to low weight.

- System certifications: the management system of quality certification according to ISO
9001, ISO 1400, OHSAS 18001, which guarantees the overall quality of services offered.
- Product certifications: product certification is issued by Bureau Veritas (BVQI), third
party authority accredited according to UNI CEI EN 45011 and 45004 norms.
- All products comply with the technical specifications and respect all the hygiene
prescriptions of the Minister of Health for liquid products, according to Law nr.275 from 26.03.2012
- The products have AFER authorization for the railway infrastructure.
- Conformity with legislation: Electric cable pipes ELCOR respect the Directive 2006/95 CE
stipulations.
