COLLEGE IN THE CLASSROOM
College in the classroom courses are taught by WHS staff. These courses are aligned with area colleges and universities. Students who pass the courses can elect to pay tuition between $220 and $370 to receive 4 or 5 credits from the participating institution. For example, the regular cost if a student was to take a 5 credit math course at CWU would be $984.50 ($196.50 per credit not including fees) but if they were to take it via CinHS the cost would be $275 ($55/credit) savings of $709.50. Although a separate test is not required to earn this credit students are required to meet prerequisites to be able to take a course. Students may have the
- pportunity to earn college credit while taking the following WHS courses on the next slide if their teacher is a CinHS teacher. The
