Will ask for your testing assistance on March 18th

To keep Cognos running smoothly...

Staggering Schedules

○

If multiple schedules start at the same time, do not set more than 5 to run within each 10 minute block of time

○

If possible, do not schedule first thing in the morning

Consider late morning or afternoon

If Cognos resources become taxed, the BICC may need to rebalance

schedules

○

If this is needed, we will notify the schedule’s owner

Setting up a job can assist in timing schedules appropriately
