Swim Programme - Statement

To embody the ethos & values of the Club by developing ‘complete athletes and awesome humans’ between the ages of 4-18. We will create a safe, nurturing and respectful environment in which our swimmers are happy, healthy and hungry for success. The lessons a Leander swimmer learns in the pool will equip them for long-term success in life. We will engender a high-performance culture based on high-character in which friendships are forged and full potential is realised. It will be a transparent culture of continuous feedback in which high standards are set through clear communication and are rigorously pursued and observed. Team above individual always.
