Recruited Temporary Worker Program Contractors / Temporary Workers recruited by the Vendor Network in the Following State Programs:  IT  Medical

  • LPNs
  • RNs
  • CNAs

 Onboarding compliance consistent and streamlined by MSP Program Employer of Record (EOR) Program  No recruitment from Vendor Network required

  • Resource does not work for and/or

was not recruited by one of the Vendors in the MSP Program  KHI manages, on-boards and becomes Employer of Record  KHI validates IC s / 1099s per IRS Guidelines and becomes Agent of Record (Compliance and Risk Mitigation)  Rate structure varies from Rate Card and provides additional cost savings to State IT Project Based / Statement of Work (SOW)  Project up to $750k per PO  Milestones  Deliverables  Time and Materials based

Soft Dollar Savings

The MSP team reduced administrative burden and saved the State of Maine over $1M (annually) in soft dollar savings by managing the vendor population, including compliance, contract management and day to day MSP operations (reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, etc.)

The MSP Team mitigates risk for the State of Maine including Co-Employment, Liability, Background Checks, Insurance, IC/1099 Validation, Double Billing, Licensing & Credentialing, etc. The MSP team also ensures all onboarded resources are properly background checked, e-Verified and all required State of Maine onboarding has been completed prior to the start date

Risk Mitigation & Compliance

The MSP provides the State of Maine access to program data through a variety of reporting tools.

Business Intelligence

The MSP team manages the contract and compliance for 52 vendors across all labor categories
