Program Benefits Serving those who serve others Soft Dollar Savings Risk Mitigation & Compliance The MSP team reduced administrative burden and saved the State of The MSP Team mitigates risk for the State of Maine including Maine over $1M (annually) in soft dollar savings by managing the Co-Employment, Liability, Background Checks, Insurance, IC/1099 vendor population, including compliance, contract management and Validation, Double Billing, Licensing & Credentialing, etc. The MSP day to day MSP operations (reviewing resumes, scheduling team also ensures all onboarded resources are properly background interviews, etc.) checked, e-Verified and all required State of Maine onboarding has been completed prior to the start date Business Intelligence Managing the Vendor Network The MSP provides the State of Maine access to program data through The MSP team manages the contract and compliance for 52 vendors a variety of reporting tools. across all labor categories 6
