April 21, 2017 – Job Specifications Review Complete from local

leadership

May 1 – May 26 – Local leadership will review and provide

feedback on initial allocations.

Week of June 19 – Employees will be notified by their local

leadership of new class title and pay grade

Week of June 26 – New Structure posted to website
June 26 – July 28 – Reconsideration Window Open
July 31 – August 11 –Reconsideration Requests reviewed by the

Committee and Notifications sent to employee

October 2 – 13 – Second Reconsideration Window Open
