First we see see God, then we seek seek Him.

Praise the LORD. I will extol the LORD with all my heart in the council of the upright and in the assembly. Great are the works of the LORD; they are pondered by all who delight in them. Glorious and majestic are His deeds, and His righteousness endures forever. He has caused His wonders to be remembered; the LORD is gracious and compassionate.

 More than church plant, the way ahead is church renewal.  Pray that our SP & pastoral team will be Word-based, Spirit-filled, Christ-led servants of God!  Have the spiritual insight to grasp God’s truth and translate it into the realities of what it means to renew Carmel for church growth & plant!  Pray for Ps Peter to develop a mission strategy to go, invite & welcome the neighbours to know Jesus as Saviour & Lord where He plants us!

Pray for the Finances

 Ask God to give Carmelites courageous faith to trust HIM to provide the funds & wisdom to budget wisely.  From this, pray that Carmelites will give faith-fully, cheerfully, and generously in this mission endeavour!  Ask God to guide Hoi Lai and Agus in using his gifts, talents, time & abilities to work through the financial matters with the financial institutions in a God-honouring way!

Pray for the Building

 LA LAND: A good size & ideal shape land in a growing neighbourhood.  ELD LDER Overseer: Thank God for Elder Siew Yam’s gifts, abilities, steadfastness, service to God for Carmel! Ask God to guide him as he represents Carmel in the building matters.  ARCHITECT: : Know the mission & capture the vision.  DESIGN: : To create a well-planned space suitable & meaningful, inspiring & worshipful!  Requ quirements: : Much details are involved in creating the right form for the functioning of each ministry. Pray that ministry heads will carefully process their ministry needs, wants & wish list!

Pray for the Bid Package

 Praise God that Ps Peter got the bid package.  Ask Lord to guide our leaders to compile a presentation that will bring favour to the HDB authorities of our witness & ministry to the community.  Pray for a wisely-discerned bid price that is acceptable and will give us a good margin to build the building.  Thank God for Elder Kelvin in thinking through the bid matters. Pray that God will equip, enable and empower him to serve in family, work & church!
